But the exposure could be better, bigger and more striking by turning regular commercials into shoppable videos.

This should also result in increased sales through their webshop.

Miranda Kerr became the big star of the commercial. Pausing the video and clicking on Miranda subsequently offers the viewer her background information and social media links.

Another feature is to watch the backstage shots of the photoshoot without leaving the main video: video-in-video.

All the products shown in the commercial were linked to the relevant products in the Swarovski webshop for direct shopping purposes.

A pop-up with a newsletter sign up form appears at the end of the commercial .

Of the viewers interacted with the commercial, resulting in a CTR of 7.2%.

Almost half of the viewers (40%) interacted with the video by clicking for more information, watching a video-in-video or signing up for the newsletter. The click-through rate to the Swarovski webshop was 7.2%, beating any other direct response tool in the market.

And next to this all, the ad recollection and ad appreciation went up with 52%.
